Our Team
The love of property runs in Saxon's blood. For decades, his father was a landlord, while his mother ran a successful customer-based business. No wonder Saxon found himself thrown into the thick of the family business from an early age.
Before entering the property world, however, Saxon pursued the other love of his life: football. He turned professional at just 18 and spent the following years travelling from club to club up and down the UK. It was during this time that Saxon discovered his passion for purchasing unloved properties and renovating them to a high standard.
He soon moved on to larger and more ambitious projects including home extensions, HMO conversions and converting commercial buildings. Saxon's property empire has grown to include two key divisions: the investment branch, which holds a substantial buy-to-let portfolio, and the development branch, which specialises in residential conversions of commercial buildings.
Today Saxon plays a less hands-on role, focusing on setting up a team of talented professionals with decades of experience. Working to his direction, they deliver a wide range of residential projects to the same high standards that have been a hallmark of Saxon's career from the earliest days.
Victoria Earley is a successful business owner who brings a wealth of experience in both business and property. One of our key priorities is building the right team. This is an area in which Victoria excels, having spent over three decades growing a customer-based business from a one-person startup to a thriving 10-strong operation.
Beyond her success as an entrepreneur, Victoria has also built up a substantial portfolio of buy-to-let properties in partnership with her husband. She discovered a huge opportunity in converting old commercial buildings into residential apartments — particularly after the pandemic, which revealed an abundance of unused commercial offices ripe for development.
Today, Victoria works with a broad range of specialists, each of whom brings their individual expertise to help realise her vision of converting unloved buildings into desirable new homes.
